Deep within Lost Colony awaits the Lost Queen. This brutal encounter combines powerful attacks, deadly adds and unforgiving mechanics that will push even veteran survivors to their limits.

Conquering the Lost Queen (Red-Handed) mission requires supreme on-foot combat skills because your tamed creatures are rendered completely unconscious for this final phase. Wear 3–4 backup sets of high-durability Ascendant Flak or Riot armor, map out the "Hot Blooded" skill for health regeneration, and stock up heavily on Medical Brews. For combat, use the provided Tek Spear to auto-attack, perfectly time your dodges against her armor-ignoring 600+ damage throw, and aggressively strike the connection beams to halt her healing phase. Pro tip: Do not bring a large tribe, as she gains a massive 10% damage reduction for every extra player, making her entirely invulnerable if you enter with a group of 10 or more.
